Approach

We met customers where they already are — on WhatsApp. We trained an assistant on each outlet's services, barbers, and timings, set clear rules for what it can confirm on its own, and connected it straight to the booking calendar.

Implementation

The assistant chats in Hindi or English over WhatsApp, books and reschedules into the right barber's calendar, sends a reminder the day before, and offers a freed-up slot to the next customer when someone cancels — passing anything unusual to the front desk.

Results
